Get in my belly!! Part 3

Up next, dinner ideas. I pretty much swear by anything from Skinnytaste for dinner. My family loves her recipes!!! Some of our favorites are listed below.

Fish Florentine. Recipe is here. This is super quick and delicious. Always a go to when we have a busy day. Approx. 351 calories. 

Cuban Piccadillo. We make this a lot on weekends and then use it for Empanadas. Huge hit with everyone in the family!! Approx. 207 calories. 

Pork Chops with Mustard Herb Sauce. Freaking delicious. And super easy. Here’s the recipe. Approx. 180 calories. 

Dirty Brown Rice is another one I’ll make on the weekend so we have leftovers during the week. Here’s the recipe. Approx. 346 calories.

Kielbasa and Veggies. This one is quick and delicious. I can throw it together in a few minutes and have it on the table in under 30 minutes.

I could go on and on. Anything from her site is delicious. We also have family recipes that we make. Anything under 30 minutes to cook is always a win during the week!

I usually have enough calories for a glass of wine or two, or some dessert. Check out my ice cream and wine posts for more details.
