In case you haven’t noticed I’m a sucker for good Facebook advertising. My latest purchase, dog food. We tried the unkibble.
We ordered the two-week trial of Spot & Tango’s Unkibble. We got to try two recipes of their air dried dog food. We got the Beef & Barley and the Chicken & Brown Rice. Dude, it’s completely different than any other dog food we’ve had before.
Nova was definitely tired of her dog food and always looking for table scraps. Not anymore. She gets so excited when we pull out her bag of food. It’s like she thinks she’s getting a treat. Her favorite is the beef but she still likes the chicken over her old food.
The food is supposed to be healthier for her, prolong her life and keep her out of the vets office. So far her coat is shinier, and like I said she’s happy to eat her own food again.
I like that it actually looks like food. You can pick out the green beans, cranberries, rice, etc. She even picks out her favorite pieces and eats those first. If the food keeps her healthier and my vet bills down then it’s a good trade off for the price of the food. It is way more expensive than what we buying previously.
