Does anyone else’s skin go bonkers when the weather changes? Not only do I break out more until the weather settles on a temp, but skin gets itchy & dry. When that happens, it’s time to exfoliate. Below are some of my favorites.
I have the Cleanlogic Body Scrubber. It’s a sponge wrapped with a buffer on one side and terry cloth on the other. I like the size and don’t feel like this one is too rough on my sensitive skin. Works well for every day or when you want a little extra scrub.

I also have the Exfoliating Wash Cloth by Tatuo. This one has two textures, one softer than the other. I find since I use bar soap, this one works a little better for me. Again, gentle enough that I could use it every day if I wanted. I use this one at least twice a week in the winter to help my skin stay soft & help it to better absorb my lotion.

And when I want a lighter exfoliation and want to smell sweet, I use Tree Hut’s Sugar Scrub. I get the brown sugar scent. My daughter likes the matcha mojito one and even my husband gets into it with the coconut lime version. Some sugar scrubs can be a little oily and cause breakouts, but this one doesn’t bother me. It’s also great for an at home pedicure.

I love that these products help remove dry, dead skin. Exfoliating helps my skin stay healthy and allows for better absorption of my lotion.
Does your skin change with the weather? Do exfoliate? Does it help you?
