It was pizza night last night. My husband makes the best pizza!!! We tried something new instead of our usual crust. Wegman’s Cauliflower Pizza Crust for the win (wegmans.com)!! It was so good even my cauliflower hating husband loved it!
He made each of us a pizza – margarita for me and chorizo for him. He uses Rao’s pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella for me and Sargento’s Off the Block Shredded Mozzarella for him. I get a few basil leaves and then straight into his Breville Pizza Oven (one of his favorite presents). He tops his cheese pizza with chorizo and in about 20 minutes, we’re ready to eat.
The crust was perfect! Not too crispy and it had some crust bubbles (my favorite part of crust). I didn’t notice a cauliflower taste but he thought there was a slight hint of it. We devoured our pizzas with our daughter finishing off the crust we couldn’t eat. Now she’s ready for a cauliflower crust pizza too!
