We don’t but most of our beef at the grocery store any more. My husband found Snake River Farms, and we haven’t looked back. We’ve tried a bunch of their products and love everything. We’ve been given their bacon as a gift! Not kidding!!
We’ve ordered the brisket, filet mignon, hanger steak, ground beef, and been gifted the 1.5” thick ribeyes. Everything is delicious!! The meat is extremely tender and flavorful. I love the convenience of it being delivered. I like knowing I’m getting a quality product. Their packaging is fabulous!! I never worry about the meet getting spoiled during shipping.
My husband just did the brisket on the smoker. Omg!!!! Beyond good. He used the Snake River Seasoning rub on it too! It didn’t last very long. 😉
We’ve done their pork chops on the grill as well. Nice & juicy! As I said, the bacon is so good we’ve given it as a gift. It’s pricey but so worth it!! It’s a great, thick cut. I love the smoke flavor it has. I also like to dip/cover it in brown sugar and bake it in the oven…yum!!!!!!!
We’ve order from Omaha Steaks as well and have found this beef to be more flavorful. We’ll probably try their ham and prime rib this year during the holidays. I’m sure they won’t disappoint!
