It’s officially that time of year where I stop drinking white wine and move to red. I don’t like white when the weather turns colder. Not sure why, but I don’t enjoy white when it’s cold outside. Instead I enjoy a nice full bodied red. 🍷🍷
I like Zinfandel, Malbec, Cabernet, and blends. Some of my favorites are from The Prisoner Wine Company. We visited it last year for our anniversary & joined their wine club. Every quarter we get 6 bottles of wine delivered. It’s awesome that it just shows up!! I always get the their red blend, The Prisoner and their Zinfandel, Saldo. Love both of those.

Some other favorites are Silver Oak’s Cabernet and Darioush’s Zinfandel and Cabernet. We bought bottles when we visited those vineyards last year. I love curling up in front of our fire pit or the fireplace and sipping on a glass. Warms me right up. 😉
We just tried two new red blends that we’ll add to the rotation. First up, One Hope Napa Valley Reserve Red Blend. Really liked it! And bonus, One Hope helps different causes based on the wine you buy. This blend helps support veterans. Ducking love that I’m drinking with a purpose!!!!!

The other one is Z. Alexander Brown Uncaged Red Blend. They also have a really good Cabernet too. I’ll admit the only reason I picked it up was because it’s by Zac Brown. I was quite surprised it was actually really good.

What’s your favorite type of red wine? Any vineyard you stick with? Do you switch it up depending on the weather?
Thanks for reading & responding!! ❤️ TC
