While watching football today, I decided I need to get back on track with the blog. I stepped away because I was so freaking busy with work I didn’t have time to think about much else.
While away I realized I missed it. Not that I’m changing the world or saying anything important but it was nice to have spot to jot down my thoughts, likes and dislikes. So here we go again!!
Fall is my favorite time of year so I’m outside enjoying the weather while I can. We took the dog for a long walk so I’m counting that as exercise on my day off.
I finished the BeachBody program I was doing, Barre Blend, & started 21 day fix real time. I struggled thru that one. I was bored with it. And now onto 10 Rounds. So far so good! I like that it’s something different. My coach keeps trying to get me to join her running program 😳. Ain’t gonna happen sister.
Still tracking my calories and taking my supplements. I’m down 16 lbs and 15 inches. Nothing to sneeze at. Happy with my progress and excited to get to my goal weight. And super excited my old jeans fit 🥳.
