Marks & Spencer. It’s one of my favorite stores. They’re headquartered in London. It’s sort of Europe’s version of Target, or a cross between Target & Kohl’s. I go there when I want excellent quality at a great price. My favorite flats are from M&S. I discovered this store years ago on a trip to Scotland. I’ve followed them ever since and was super stoked when they started shipping state side. Now they have a US based website so you don’t have to worry about converting from Euros to Dollars. As you can see, great on trend pieces that don’t break the bank. When you sign up for their emails, you also get 10% off your first order. I’d say their pieces fit true to size. I haven’t ever had to send anything back or exchange it for another size. Next time your shopping, check them out!!
